Delivery Policy: Delivery is available on all orders to any location. Charges will depend upon distance and delivery time.
Waitstaff Services: Waiters and waitresses can be provided for a cost of $25.00 per hour. Experienced bartenders are also available for a charge of $25.00 per hour. Seaqua Deli can also provide a professional Chef at a charge of $35.00 per hour. Gratuities are NOT included! Please contact the store managers for further details.
Payment Terms: Seaqua Deli accepts most major credit cards. For those companies wishing to establish a corporate account, please complete the credit application and fax it to us at 516-799-5639. Once a corporate account has been established the terms are 30 days net. Penalties and interest will accrue after 90 days. Interest is accrued at a rate of 18% annually. Please contact the store managers for details.
Seaqua Deli Equipment: For those orders which require that Seaqua Deli provide equipment (chafing dishes, coffee urns, etc.) there is a minimum $5 charge for the retrieval of the equipment. It is our policy to return the next business day for the equipment. We expect that you will take responsibility for the equipmment during this time.
Paper Products: Disposable paper products are provided free of charge with all catering packages. Paper products for A La Carte orders with require an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy: Orders must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are 50% of the order's pre-tax total.
Online Orders: Orders placed online require notice. If we don't confirm your order within 24 hours please call us!
