  Seaqua caterers prides itself on it's freshness! All of our baked goods are fresh the morning of the catering! Seaqua caterers provides all the necessary paper products for all our breakfast packages. For hot breakfasts we will provide chafing racks with sternos. For service personel see waitstaff. For Brunch affairs we would recommend that you see our Cocktail Hour Menu and our Dessert Menu. All of Seaqua's Catering orders offer delivery and the appropriate paper supplies. Cold Breakfast Buffet: This continental breakfast consists of mini bagels and rolls with assorted cut fresh fruit. Then choose two of the following; mini muffins, crumb cake, danish or pastries. The cold breakfast buffet also includes coffee, hot tea, cream, sugar and sweetners, orange juice, butter, jelly and cream cheese. $5.95 per person Hot Breakfast Buffet: The main dish includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, bagels and rolls. The hot breakfast buffet also includes coffee, hot tea, cream, sugar and sweetners, orange juice, butter, jelly and cream cheese. $6.95 per person

Fantasy Omelette Bar: Let our Chef prepare your Omelette right before your very eyes. Any combination including Freshly Chopped Ham, Sausage, Bacon, Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Cheese. Served with your choice of a Garden (our own dressing) or Spinach Salad (our spicy garlic dressing). The Fantasy Omelette also comes with assorted mini bagels and mini rolls with butter and cream cheese on the side.

Kosher Style Omelette Bar: Let our Omelette Chef prepare a Kosher style Omelette for you on site. Kosher style Omelette Bar includes Smoked Salmon, Caviar, Onions, Mushrooms, Spinach, Cheese, Ratatouille, Bacos, Peppers and much more. Served with your choice of a Garden (our own dressing) or Spinach Salad (our spicy garlic dressing). The Fantasy Omelette also comes with assorted mini bagels and mini rolls with butter and cream cheese on the side.
